Minneapolis Fire Department crews responded to a dumpster fire behind Stella's Fish Cafe in Uptown Minneapolis. The fire caused an estimated $53,000 in damage to the restaurant. The Minneapolis Uprising, a period of civil unrest and protests, occurred in the city around the same time, and fires were a recurring element during that period.
