Lake Street is the main commercial strip through Uptown Minneapolis, running west from the Chain of Lakes toward the Mississippi River. This stretch, near Girard Avenue, holds a mix of shops, bars, and restaurants, including the smoke shop and Tenka ramen storefronts.
