An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) vehicle is stopped at a lowered light rail crossing gate in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on January 8, 2026. The crossing guard gate, which landed on top of the car, is part of the light rail across from the Whipple federal building.
