A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) vehicle is parked outside the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis on January 8, 2026. The building, named after the former Episcopal bishop, houses various federal agencies as well as the ICE detention center.
