Ice cream truck parked near street barricades on Portland Avenue in Minneapolis, with people gathered.

An ice cream truck, "Lil' Dipper," is parked on Portland Avenue in Minneapolis, near street barricades. The barricades were put up on the blocks surrounding the Renee Good Memorial.
