ICE agents and police officers at Portland Avenue and 34th Street in Minneapolis during Operation Metro Surge.
An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent shot an observer at the intersection of Portland Avenue and 34th Street in South Minneapolis. The incident occurred during Operation Metro Surge. Eyewitness accounts, and later verified by video, describe the agent firing multiple shots at the observer after confronting them at their vehicle.
