Google’s data center campus in Council Bluffs, Iowa, is shown from above with one of the large warehouse-scale server buildings and its extensive exterior cooling and electrical equipment. The facility is part of a major cluster of Google operations developed in Council Bluffs beginning in the late 2000s, taking advantage of available land and access to regional power and fiber networks.
