Concrete barricades, erected around the parking garage where Winston Smith was killed on June 3, 2021, bear graffiti referencing the incident. One message reads "CRG = G.I. Joke," referring to the private security firm Conflict Resolution Group (CRG), while another states "WINSTON SMITH WAS ASSASSINATED BLOOD ON YOUR HANDS SAY HIS NAME."
