Code Pink Protest, 2008 Republican National Convention, St. Paul

Code Pink protesters demonstrated outside the 2008 Republican National Convention in St. Paul, using satirical effigies and banners to criticize government spending and military policy. The anti-war organization staged the protest during the convention held at the Xcel Energy Center, which drew demonstrations from multiple groups opposing the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
