The AC Hotel Minneapolis Downtown in downtown Minneapolis is boarded with plywood across its ground-floor windows and entrance on June 1, 2020. The protective barriers were installed as businesses prepared for a 10 p.m. curfew and possible damage during unrest following the killing of George Floyd on May 25.
