Graffiti honoring Amir Locke is displayed on the exterior of the Minneapolis Police Department's First Precinct building in downtown Minneapolis. Locke, a 22-year-old Black man, was killed by a Minneapolis police officer during a no-knock warrant execution in February 2022. His death led to protests and renewed calls for police reform in the city.
