Federal agents are seen outside the Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The vehicle, marked "Defend The Homeland," belongs to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), an agency within the Department of Homeland Security. The Whipple Federal Building houses various federal offices, including those related to immigration and law enforcement.
