Protest signs reading "Shame on You" and "Keep the Immigrants, Deport the Racists" are displayed on barricades outside the Whipple Building in Minneapolis. The building was utilized as a temporary detention center and staging area for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents during Operation Metro Surge in 2019. This operation involved the deployment of thousands of federal agents to cities across the United States. Find more photos like this on my Operation Metro Surge: Ice in Minneapolis page.
