The Target store on East Lake Street in Minneapolis is shown on May 27, 2020, as people and vehicles crowd the parking lot during looting and unrest after the killing of George Floyd. The store stood near the Minneapolis Police Department’s 3rd Precinct, an area that became a major center of protest and property damage in the first days after Floyd’s death.
