A Wendy’s restaurant on 26th Avenue South in Minneapolis burns in the early hours of May 28, 2020, during unrest following the killing of George Floyd. Flames are visible through the windows and across the roofline, while graffiti including “Justice 4 George” is painted on the building’s exterior. The fire occurred during several nights of destruction and protest in Minneapolis after Floyd was killed by Minneapolis police on May 25, 2020.
