Locks on fencing at Hennepin County Government Center, Minneapolis

Locks, many bearing messages, are affixed to the security fencing surrounding the Hennepin County Government Center in Minneapolis. The government center was a focal point during the subsequent Derek Chauvin trial, and the fencing was erected to ensure security.
