Federal Agents record dick tossers
This afternoon at the Whipple building where expired dicks were being thrown at ICE vehicles and those believed to be agitators. The building has been used as a “base” for the thousands of federal agents that have arrived in Minnesota as well as a holding center for those detained.
The area has been a place of protest since December.
