ATT FirstNet Emergency Mobile Communications
A FirstNet mobile communications unit is shown deployed in downtown Milwaukee during the 2024 Republican National Convention. Operated by AT&T in partnership with the First Responder Network Authority, these specialized vehicles provide critical, redundant cellular and satellite connectivity for public safety networks. The units are designed to ensure reliable communication for police, fire, and EMS during large-scale events or emergencies when local infrastructure may be compromised or overloaded.
