WCCO Radio Booth 58, Metrodome. This image shows Booth 58, designated for WCCO Radio, within the now-demolished Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Metrodome, which opened in 1982, was a multi-purpose stadium that hosted the Minnesota Vikings football team, the Minnesota Twins baseball team, and various other sporting and entertainment events. Media booths like this one were crucial for broadcasting live commentary and analysis of games and events to a wider audience. The stadium was demolished in 2019 after its successor, U.S. Bank Stadium, was completed.
