New MNDOT Fencing Along I-94 in Minneapolis North Loop

New fencing has been installed by the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT) along Interstate 94 in Minneapolis's North Loop neighborhood. This barrier, located near N 5th Avenue, restricts access to an area previously accessible from beneath the bridge. This spot was a popular vantage point for observing freight trains, the Metro Green Line light rail, and the Northstar Line commuter rail.
