Despite warnings from the law enforcement not to attend today’s No Kings rally after this mornings shootings of Minnesota lawmakers with the killer on the lose, the No Kings Rally is happening at the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul.

February 2021 — Activists held a press conference this afternoon outside the government center to announce a March 8th protest. They say the fortification of government buildings and acting like the people are the problem is not going to stop this community from demanding justice and change.

July 2020 — Mae Roberts, the mother of Calvin Horton speaks outside Cadillac Pawn on what would have been his 44th birthday. Calvin Horton Jr. was killed on May 27th by the owner of the pawn shop during the unrest in Minneapolis over the death of George Floyd.
