A man removes razor wire from the Minneapolis police third precinct police station. The razor wire was installed on the burned police station during the Derek Chauvin murder trial. The city says it’ll be taking the concrete barricades down and replacing it with typical fabric lined construction fencing. The building, which was famously burned by protesters following the murder of George Floyd, is being redeveloped into a “Democracy Center” that’ll be home to the city’s election services and community use.
