Razor wire around parking ramp in Uptown Minneapolis May 2022

Razor wire on fencing around a parking ramp at Lake Street and Girard Ave in Uptown Minneapolis.

The area was home to protests following the shooting death of Winston Smith at the top of the ramp by a federal task force.
