Minneapolis Police move in to clear barricades

Minneapolis Police move in to clear out barricaded streets around memorials set up for Winston Smith and Deona Marie. Winston Smith was killed by law enforcement on June 3rd and Deona Marie was killed when a man drove his vehicle through barricades on June 13th.
