New fencing up around the Hennepin County Jail
Crime victim and the families of held a rally at the gov center today. Sharing stories of frustration with the leniency and in some cases the lack of any charges by County Attorney Mary Moriarty. Across the street permanent fencing was being installed around the county jail.
