Minneapolis Police & Hennepin Sheriff Respond to Noise Demo

Following an incident where the Hennepin County Jail was spray-painted, multiple law enforcement agencies, including Minneapolis Police, State Patrol, Golden Valley Police Department, and Hennepin County Sheriffs, responded to the area.
