Protesters throw objects at ICE vehicles outside the Whipple Building in Minneapolis.
Protesters threw objects at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) vehicles outside the Whipple Building in Minneapolis. The building served as a base for federal agents and a holding center for detainees during Operation Metro Surge. Protests against ICE operations in Minnesota have occurred in this area since December.
