January 2021 — Barricades at George Floyd Square on January 23, 2021. The area has been a protest zone since the May 2020 murder of George Floyd.

June 2024 — Concrete barricades in the grass in South Minneapolis. Officials began filling empty lots that encampments previously occupied with rubble from the city. Concrete chunks and street poles have been used in other locations.

September 2024 — Signage at the former Minneapolis police third precinct police station proclaiming cleanup efforts underway. The building is being renovated into a voting center.

September 2024 — Razor wire and concrete barricades continue to surround the former Minneapolis police 3rd precinct police station. The station was burned by protesters in May 2020 and is being renovated into an community voting center.
