Minneapolis Police 3rd Precinct: Spirit Halloween Banners on Burned Building

Spirit Halloween Minneapolis Police Station
Banners reading "Avenge Indigenous Children" and "Spirit Halloween" are displayed on the barricaded perimeter of the former Minneapolis Police Third Precinct. The building was set ablaze during protests that erupted following the murder of George Floyd on May 25, 2020. The precinct, located in the Powderhorn Park neighborhood, was a focal point of unrest and has remained a symbol of the protests against police brutality. The "Spirit Halloween" banner, featuring a grim reaper figure and the text "Opening Soon!", was placed on the site after the building's destruction.
