A memorial in Milwaukee where Samuel Sharpe Jr. was killed by Columbus Police. Milwaukee Police has said 5 Columbus officers, who are in town for the RNC, shot the man after they witnessed an altercation with another man in which Sharpe refused to drop a knife.
