Kewaunee Power Station on Lake Michigan, Wisconsin

Submerged rocks extend into Lake Michigan near the former Kewaunee Power Station in Wisconsin.
The Kewaunee Power Station, a former nuclear power plant, is situated on the shores of Lake Michigan in Kewaunee, Wisconsin. Constructed in the early 1970s, it was one of the state's early nuclear facilities, designed to generate electricity for the region. The plant ceased operations in 2013 and has since been undergoing decommissioning. The image captures the lake's shoreline near the former plant, with a line of submerged rocks extending into the water.
