The Armory, Minneapolis: Barricade at Entrance

Armory with a barricade in front of door
Concrete barricades are placed in front of the entrance to The Armory in downtown Minneapolis. Originally constructed in 1935 as a National Guard armory, the building has since been repurposed as a popular concert venue. The "ARMORY" inscription is visible above the entrance doors. The presence of the barricades suggests a security measure, possibly in response to events such as the Minneapolis Uprising in 2020, which occurred in the vicinity.
