June 2021 — Protesters paint "Stop the cover up" on a private drive outside of where Winston Smith was killed by law enforcement on June 3rd. This was the 2nd time it was painted red in as many days after the red was removed.

The angled mounting on tiled wall, along with the utilitarian industrial design, reflects mid-20th-century station infrastructure, where functional machines like this played a part in daily commuter routines.
