Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT) closed exits near the Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis. The building served as a "basecamp" for federal agents during Operation Metro Surge. The closures occurred in the context of protests following the killing of unarmed civilian Warren Good by an ICE agent the previous day.
