Luxor Hotel interior, Las Vegas, 2008

Inside the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas
The interior of the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, is illuminated by a striking display of blue fiber optic lights in 2008. Opened in 1993, the Luxor was designed to evoke the grandeur of ancient Egypt, featuring a pyramid-shaped structure and a sphinx. Its unique architecture and themed design were intended to attract tourists and gamblers to the Las Vegas Strip. The hotel continues to operate as a major resort, offering lodging, entertainment, and gaming.
Photo taken in April 2008.
