Free state of George Floyd.

A sign declares "You are now entering the free state of George Floyd" at George Floyd Square in Minneapolis. This area, located at the intersection of 38th Street and Chicago Avenue, transformed into a protest zone following the May 25, 2020 death of George Floyd. The square has since served as a memorial and a site for ongoing activism, marked by various installations and community-maintained barricades. It represents a sustained public protest and a demand for justice.
