Minneapolis Neighborhood Patrol During ICE Operation

Neighbors gathered in St. Paul, Minnesota, to protest an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operation. Approximately 50 to 100 residents responded to the presence of federal agents by blowing whistles and gathering in the street.
