This afternoon at the Whipple federal building where expired dicks were being thrown at ICE vehicles and those believed to be agitators. The building has been a constant place of protest since December. Whipple has been used as a “base” for the thousands of federal agents coming and going as well as a holding center for those that’ve been detained.
