In the 1st public meeting geared towards non-business owners, the city along with a 3rd party is seeking feedback on which of 2 locations a 3rd precinct should be built. Prior to breaking out into groups, a few questions were taken from those in opposition to any new precinct. Included in the Minneapolis Uprising archive, filed in the April 2023 album, documenting events following the May 25, 2020 murder of George Floyd.
