Tower Hill Station: S7 Stock Train on District Line

London Underground Train at Tower Hill Station 2019
An S7 Stock train, part of London Underground's Sub-Surface Railway modernization, is stopped at Tower Hill Station. Introduced between 2010 and 2017, these Bombardier-built trains feature wider gangways, air conditioning, and regenerative braking, enhancing passenger comfort and operational efficiency. Tower Hill Station, a key interchange for the District and Circle lines, serves both daily commuters and tourists visiting nearby historic landmarks like the Tower of London and the River Thames. The station's platform is marked with the characteristic yellow safety line and tactile paving, essential for passenger safety on one of London's busiest transit hubs.
