September 2025 — The long awaited connection to Lake Street on Nicollet Avenue is getting closer to being finished. For many years Nicollet Avenue was split apart by a K-Mart store. The store was closed and eventually burned while it sat vacant.

October 2025 — The Lowry on Hennepin Avenue during a multi-year road construction project.

October 2025 — Amid the long-running Hennepin Avenue reconstruction, residents added a dose of humor and gratitude by dressing Halloween skeletons in reflective vests and hard hats, mounting them on a front-yard tree with “Thank You Construction Crews!” signs. This improvised display along the busy corridor captures both the extended disruption of the project and the community’s appreciation for the workers transforming one of Minneapolis’s key thoroughfares.

October 2025 — New bike lanes on Hennepin Avenue. The road had been closed for complete reconstruction.
