December 28, 2023 — The Marquette Interchange in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is a complex freeway interchange featuring multiple elevated ramps and concrete support structures. An orange sign reads "LANE ENDS 1000 FT" with a downward arrow, indicating a traffic change ahead. Completed in 2008, the Marquette Interchange is one of the largest and most intricate freeway interchanges in the United States. It was designed to improve traffic flow by consolidating traffic from I-43, I-94, and I-794, connecting downtown Milwaukee with surrounding areas and facilitating regional transportation.
