Lake/Lyndale tonight a cpl hours after body cam video was released showing Minneapolis Police shoot and kill 22 year-old Amir Locke during a search warrant yesterday morning. Locke, who had been lying under a blanket, was shot holding a gun just seconds after a SWAT team entered.
