January 2013 — Historic Pabst Brewery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

July 2013 — Inside the Minneapolis Armory before it was renovated into a concert venue.

August 2015 — Demolition of the Star Tribune building in downtown Minneapolis. The building was razed to make room for construction of US Bank Stadium and the nearby area.

June 2016 — Wells Fargo towers as part of the Downtown East development in Minneapolis. The area was developed around the new US Bank Stadium.

June 2017 — A sign on Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis referring to it's construction. So over it is right.

January 2018 — The Armory and new Downtown East development in Minneapolis.

July 2019 — Formerly the Harris Machinery building has since been renovated into The Market at Malcolm Yards.

July 2020 — A sign constructed on Minnehaha Ave by Wellington Management stating their intent to rebuild. This block suffered substantial arson damage during unrest.

December 2020 — The demolition of a riot damaged US Bank branch. The bank was rebuilt.

January 2021 — While the Autozone on East Lake was the first building to burn during unrest, the Autozone on W. Lake is the first building to be completely rebuilt.

February 2021 — The rebuilding of the Midtown Corner six-story apartment building. It was still under construction when it burned during unrest. It’s located a block away from the Minneapolis Police third precinct.

February 2021 — Cub Foods in South Minneapolis re-opens after being damaged during the unrest over the death of George Floyd. The grocery store is a block away from the Minneapolis Police 3rd precinct police station.

August 2021 — Development of apartments at 112 East Lalke Street. The property was formerly a tobacco shop destroyed during unrest.

May 2022 — A storm moves in over a large development in Uptown Minneapolis.

August 2022 — Development of a new 7 story apartment building on Hennepin Avenue in Uptown Minneapolis.

August 2022 — The new Lake Street Station Post Office almost completed. The post office replaces the previous building that burned down during protests following the May 25, 2020 murder of George Floyd.

August 2023 — The rebuilt post office near the burned Minneapolis police third precinct. It replaced the post office that was burned down during riots following the murder of George Floyd.

May 2024 — New banners up as we near the 4th anniversary of protesters burning the Minneapolis police third precinct police station. After no major site activity since 2020, the city says they're going to begin site cleanup and take fencing down.

March 2025 — Construction continuing on the new Minneapolis police 1st precinct police station.

April 2025 — The current state of the former Minneapolis police 3rd precinct police station. The station was burned by protesters following the May 2020 murder of George Floyd.

October 2025 — The Pillsbury A-Mill, completed in 1881 on the east bank of the Mississippi River, was once the largest flour mill in the world and a symbol of Minneapolis’s dominance in global grain production. Designed by architect LeRoy Buffington and engineer William de la Barre, the mill harnessed the power of St. Anthony Falls to grind over 5,000 barrels of flour a day at its peak. Its innovative use of water turbines, reinforced limestone walls, and massive storage elevators represented the cutting edge of 19th-century milling technology. Today, the restored complex — now repurposed as artist lofts — stands as a National Historic Landmark and a reminder of the city’s industrial ingenuity.
