Razor wire on fencing around a parking ramp at Lake Street and Girard Ave in Uptown Minneapolis. The area was home to protests following the shooting death of Winston Smith at the top of the ramp by a federal task force. Included in the Minneapolis Uprising archive, filed in the May 2022 album, documenting events following the May 25, 2020 murder of George Floyd.
