Protesters holding up Black Lives Matter signs on Lake Street at Hennepin Avenue with barricades in place. Protesters have been protesting the June 3rd law enforcement killing of Winston Smith and the June 13th killing of Deona Marie. Marie was killed when Nicholas Kraus drove his vehicle into those protesting the killing of Smith.
