In the 1st public meeting geared towards non-business owners, the city along with a 3rd party is seeking feedback on which of 2 locations a 3rd precinct should be built. Prior to breaking out into groups, a few questions were taken from those in opposition to any new precinct. Part of the Minneapolis Uprising documentation, with this image appearing in the April 2023 album, documenting events after the May 25, 2020 murder of George Floyd.
