Minnesota State Capitol: Families Demand Ban on No-Knock Warrants

At the Minnesota State Capitol in St. Paul, families of victims of police violence, including Amir Locke, Jamar Clark, and Winston Smith, gathered to demand a ban on no-knock warrants.
