Orpheum Theatre on Hennepin Avenue in downtown Minneapolis hosts Disney’s The Lion King as theatergoers line up outside the venue. The Orpheum is one of the principal historic theaters on Hennepin Avenue and remains a major stop for Broadway touring productions in the city’s theater district. The crowd extends along North 9th Street beside the Hennepin arts and event center.
