Brooklyn Center protesters use umbrellas during Daunte Wright protest

Protesters gathered outside the Brooklyn Center Police Department on April 11th, 2021, to protest the shooting death of Daunte Wright. The demonstration occurred the day after Wright, a 20-year-old Black man, was killed by police during a traffic stop. Protesters used umbrellas to shield themselves from chemical irritants deployed by law enforcement.
